When I needed a quote for business insurance, Susan quickly provided several options and made herself available to talk through any questions. You can probably handle everything online, but I really value the personal connection, which isn't always easy to find. I've also met in the office, so there are plenty of ways to connect depending on what works best. All that to say - huge shout-out to State Farm in Brattleboro for all your insurance needs!"

"It is good to have a good insurance company but it is much better to have a good insurance agent. I have such an agent, Rich Hoppe of State Farm Insurance here in Brattleboro Vermont. What makes a good agent? Someone who you know will pick up the phone when you call with a problem and who will follow through to make sure everything is good with you. A good agent will have a good staff who will drop everything and provide coverage documentation when you are in the middle of signing to purchase or lease a car. Fortunately I have never had to file a claim in all the years I been a client of Rich but I know with complete certainty that help and a resolution is just a phone call away ."
